It is only a seasonal "second job," I could call it off today...
It does not matter it is only a temporary job...who cares
Extra money! (I get paid by the hour)
Reasons for the boss to treat them poor:
They are just temps, who cares
This is there job, they do what I say no matter how ridiculous! Weekends are mandatory!

They are extra needed help
They like them, want to help them out
